Chief Executive Officer
Matt Prindiville is a recognized thought leader on the circular economy in the United States and globally. Most recently, Matt was the CEO of Upstream, an organization that helps business, non-profit, and government leaders accelerate and scale circular systems for packaging and foodware – where he was also the Co-Host of the Indisposable Podcast.
He co-founded the international BreakFreeFromPlastic Movement, developed numerous national sustainability campaigns and coalitions, and advises the United Nations Environment Program and World Economic Forum on their plastic pollution reduction and circularity strategies. He speaks and writes regularly including for publications like the Guardian, GreenBiz, Resource Recycling, WasteDive, and Sustainable Brands. His work has been featured in the Economist, the Washington Post, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, National Public Radio, 60 Minutes, and Fast Company, among others.

Bridget O’Brien
Chief Operating Officer
Bridget is a multi-faceted marketing, business development and brand strategy leader with deep consumer, retail, and technology roots. With experience in global markets through Executive roles at Ethan Allen, Vistaprint, and Fidelity Investments, Bridget distinguishes herself as a customer-centric executive skilled at designing exceptional end-to-end consumer experiences that are true to a brand’s purpose, resulting in behavioral loyalty, advocacy, and revenue.
Bridget is an enthusiastic and visionary leader skilled in building and unifying great teams that are capable of conceiving “signature moments”, brand campaigns that resonate, and the creation and amplification of great stories that provide an advantage in the heart of the consumer.

Phil Grant
Chief Information Officer
Phil Grant is the Chief Information Officer at CLYNK. He began working with CLYNK in 2006 as President of IC Solutions, a vendor providing software development and consulting services to CLYNK. In 2007, he led the design and implementation of CLYNK’s current information technology platform. Beginning in 2008 IC Solutions under Phil’s leadership provided a complete range of technology consulting services to CLYNK from advising CLYNK’s senior management on IT related issues to software development and network engineering services. In 2011, CLYNK acquired IC Solutions and Phil joined CLYNK as its Chief Information Officer.
Prior to joining CLYNK, Phil served as President and CEO of Scarborough, Maine based IC Solutions, Inc. From 1998 through its acquisition by CLYNK in 2011 IC Solutions provided a broad range of services to organizations located in the US and Canada. Other notable clients of IC Solutions included the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, the State of Rhode Island, and the State of Maine.

Chris Waldman
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Waldman is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at CLYNK, a technology-based company focused on innovative bottle bill redemption systems. In his role, Chris provides strategic direction on company investments, evaluates profit trends, and advises on areas for expansion and efficiency, guiding the company’s financial future. With an emphasis on informed decision-making, he assesses potential business models, evaluates distribution channels, and directs capital structure and financing strategies to support sustainable growth.
Chris joined CLYNK initially as an Operational Controller and CFO from 2018 to 2019, where he led a financial team and managed key aspects of general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and materials management.
Before his current role, Chris provided financial consulting services through Waldman Consulting Inc., supporting companies like Rockport Technologies, EnviroLogix, and Ensign-Bickford Industries in achieving strategic goals, from budget creation and financial modeling to M&A support and data analysis. His consulting work includes significant projects for CLYNK, where he developed long-term plans and restructured financial reporting to enhance profit visibility.
Chris’s broad experience across diverse industries reflects his adaptability and expertise in financial management, strategic analysis, and team leadership, all of which continue to drive CLYNK’s growth and innovation in the environmental sector.

Jules Bailey
Chief Strategy Officer
As the CEO of Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative, Jules led a company that put Oregon at the forefront of recycling and reuse innovation. Now at CLYNK, Jules and team are taking the next generation of reuse and recycling technology to markets across North America to create convenient, fast, and efficient bag drop programs tailored to local needs. Building on his 20+ years of experience in environmental policy, implementation, and leadership, he believes the future of circularity is about getting everyone engaged and motivated, and finding new ways to make reuse and recycling convenient, relevant, and effective.

Dan Kiley
Chief of Staff
Dan has over 30 years of operational and leadership experience across multiple industries, working with companies in the public and private sector along with new business start-ups and consulting roles. He has held various roles with McDonald’s Corporation on a regional and national level, focused on restaurant operations, training and operational development. Additionally, he brings a history of customer service and sales experience with organizations such as Orkin and Harley-Davidson.

John Sabine
Senior VP Redemption Operations
John Sabine joined CLYNK as SVP of Operations on March 28, 2022. Mr. Sabine started his career at Maine Industrial Tire as a shift supervisor in the summer of 1989. Mr. Sabine progressively advanced through the organization over the next 23 years ending as Assistant VP of manufacturing in the summer of 2012. After a successful run with Maine Tire Mr. Sabine joined Gissing North America as Operations Manager in 2012. He worked for the next 10 years before joining CLYNK. As with Maine Tire, Mr. Sabine progressed through the organization first to GM of the Auburn Maine location and ultimately to Business Unit Director of Gissing’s fiber division. In this Director role, Mr. Sabine had operational control over 3 locations in multiple states with over 1 million sq. feet of manufacturing space and direct and indirect reports of 800 associates. Mr. Sabine studied Business Administration at Southern Maine Community College.
