Acceptable Use Policy

CLYNK Bags may include a mix of plastic, metal, and glass containers in the same bag. No other materials are accepted.
CLYNK Bags must only include beverage containers that are eligible for redemption in the CLYNK location where the CLYNK Bag was dropped off.
If including glass, bags should have no more than 20 glass bottles and should weigh less than 20 lb.
CLYNK Bags containing any biohazards such as dirty diapers, syringes, spit/chew, or other biological substances will result in immediate account termination.
CLYNK is committed to using the best commercial efforts to accurately (within an average margin of error of +/- 2 containers per bag) count containers. Customers may contact CLYNK customer service with questions about bag counts.
CLYNK is not responsible for any issues with a bag if it is dropped off by anyone other than the account holder themselves, including third-party services.
Customers must affix one bag tag on each CLYNK Bag prior to dropping it off. Customers who affix more than one bag tag on a bag will not receive credit for containers in that bag.
Affixing a bag tag on another customer’s CLYNK bag without their consent will result in immediate account termination and may result in prosecution.
CLYNK is not responsible for inaccurate bag counts if bags are improperly filled or handled. This includes, but is not limited to, bags that:
- Are ripped or cut, untied, or not fully closed.
- Contain trash or non-redeemable containers;
- Contain crushed or broken containers, or containers with excessive residual liquid;
- Contain unrinsed or sticky containers that do not freely fall out of an open bag;
- Contain more than 20 glass bottles and/or weigh over 20 lb;
