We now offer a completely digital CLYNK card through our mobile app – found in the Apple and Google stores. If you originally signed up for CLYNK online, there’s nothing more you need to do to download the CLYNK app. If you signed up at a kiosk and never established “on the go” access to your CLYNK account, it’s easy to do. Hit the green Get Started button. Here’s a quick tutorial video if you need any help.

To ensure the security of your account, we will only replace cards if the person listed on the account makes the request.

If you’ve forgotten your username, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-883-4113.

If you have forgotten your password and have already established online access to your CLYNK account, you can reset it here. With online access, you can change your password or any other account detail. If you became a CLYNK member by completing the New Account form on clynk.com, you already have all the security credentials necessary to access your account online or at a kiosk.

If you’ve never established online access to your CLYNK account and would like the benefits associated with it, please visit www.clynk. com/login and click Online Access and follow the prompts. To complete the form, have your 4-digit PIN# handy and be prepared to create a username and password. Your username is case sensitive and can’t be your email address. Keep your PIN#, username and password in a safe place.

Online access to your CLYNK account give you the ability manage your account from home or on your smart phone. You can:

• Check your balances without visiting a kiosk
• Change your PIN
• Reset your Password
• Update your account information such as mailing and email addresses
• See how personalized environmental impact statistics based on how many containers you’ve CLYNKed to date. Check it out Eco-Warrior!
• Donate money from your account to local charities.

You can easily change your PIN# (and your other CLYNK credentials) by visiting the “My Account” page. Click the “Change My PIN” option on the left of your screen. A message with instructions will be sent to the email address on file.

Online access allows you to: 1) Check your balances, 2) Reset your password, 3) Change your PIN#, 4) Update your account information, 4) See how your recycling through CLYNK has positively impacted the environment and 5) Donate money from your account to local charities.

We currently don’t offer transaction history reports for accounts. We can, however, go over all account details over the phone. Give our Customer Service team a call at your convenience, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm at 1.866.883.4113.

There is no requirement to ever withdraw your CLYNK funds as long as you are actively using your account. We have customers who have held account balances for ten years or more! But CLYNK does have a legal obligation to turn the change over to the state (as abandoned property) if your account goes dormant for three full years. Dormant means your account is not active, you’re no longer CLYNKing, and you haven’t interacted with your account by logging in online or at an in-store kiosk or removing funds. We will always email you in advance of closing your account. Our best advice: stay active, build your account and prosper for years to come.

If you signed up for CLYNK at a Hannaford kiosk, you also have the option to for online access. By doing so, you can see your account activity, change your personal account information, including your PIN and Password, and provide online donations to thousands of CLYNK to Give charities. Before you begin, have your 9-digit card number and 4-digit PIN handy. You will create your own username and password when you register your card online, which you can do here.

If you originally signed up on our website, you’ve already created your username and password and can access to your account at clynk.com via your computer or smart phone.

There, you can reset your password, click here and follow the prompts – or call 1-866-883-4113 for login help.

If you still have your card and a balance, please visit your nearest Hannaford Supermarket and remove your account balance at the kiosk. Then, please call 1-866-883-4113 and we will deactivate your account. If you believe there’s a balance in your account but you don’t have your card, simply call us and we’ll provide that information to you in seconds.
